Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing bookings and day-to-day operations at our community buildings and centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookings Management: Efficiently manage bookings for community buildings and centers, ensuring seamless communication with users and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and user groups, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Facility Operations: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of community facilities, ensuring they remain safe and well-maintained.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare accurate reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or event management.
  • Certifications: Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $38.18 - $43.91 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Casual Position: Work up to 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts between Monday to Friday.
