We are seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition leader to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify, develop, and implement a "best in industry" TA model through operational leadership, strategy development, and functional transformation.
Our organisation operates 17 residential aged care facilities across three states and has a growth mandate to expand further across the country in the coming months.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Chief People and Transformation officer, you will provide operational leadership to an established TA and Onboarding team, ensuring that our "tech stack" is fully optimised and enables rapid recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Additionally, you will work collaboratively across functions to deliver on key initiatives to achieve outcomes in our People First strategy.
