As a Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be the key expert for all things recruitment. You will partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce demands.
- Collaborate with leaders to provide market insights and talent solutions.
- Enhance our employer brand and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize data and technology to drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a supporting team member.
- A minimum of five years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant employment legislation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decision-making.
- Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
