Job Overview
The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at our esteemed establishment. This highly demanding position requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and a deep understanding of multicultural awareness.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take on new challenges, lead by example, and contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of front office or guest service experience, preferably with previous supervisory experience and proficiency in computer and system skills, such as Opera Cloud or similar.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring timely and courteous handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts
- Uphold guest confidentiality and maintain strict cash/credit procedures
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to team development through coaching and empowerment
- Embody Accor's Heartist culture, diversity, and Planet 21 environmental initiatives
- Minimum 1-2 years of front office or guest service experience
- Previous supervisory experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in computer and system skills, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar
- Service-oriented, highly organized, and excellent communication skills
- Multicultural awareness and ability to multitask in demanding environments
