About this role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front office activities, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences, embodying the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and empowering Front Office team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting practices.
  • Promote our offers, services, and facilities to guests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
