- Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolutions.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements.
- Customer Support: Provide guidance and support to customers with warranty-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
- Process Development: Develop and implement efficient warranty processes and procedures.
