This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of transformative employee experiences across Banking and Financial Services. By joining our People and Culture Team, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling change narratives that support employees in embracing, adopting, and sustaining business-wide transformations.
The Employee Experience change portfolio comprises multi-year operational, cultural, and strategy programs aimed at delivering a digital HQ, reimagining goal-setting and performance measurement, and embedding culture and capability uplift focused on Digital, Design, Data, and Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Change Managers to design effective communication strategies.
- Translate complex program scope into human-centered messaging.
- Plan and execute strategic communications for seamless experiences.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Communications Calendar.
To succeed, you will be a natural storyteller with experience in supporting enterprise-scale change delivery, bringing transformation to life through communication planning and execution, proactive, organised, and people-oriented, and curious and innovative.
