Employee Experience Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and internal movements to generating contracts and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees across Australia and New Zealand.
- Assist with general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in customer service hotlines providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance on right to work documentation and management of employee files across Australia and New Zealand.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks including medical bookings and police checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with existing data management procedures.
- Draft employment and change of conditions letters using enterprise agreements and awards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including hiring/reporting managers, P&C BPs, payroll, org management, recruitment and operations.
