Administrative Support Officer

Bethany College is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join our community. This is a part-time, temporary position available until 19 December 2024.
This role offers the opportunity to be an integral member of the school community and work closely with students, staff, parents, and the community. You will demonstrate Bethany College's values and professional standards in interacting with others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the reception team
- Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assisting with student and parent inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience working in administration
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
The salary for this position is estimated at $73,362 per annum, based on a part-time schedule. The college also offers a range of benefits including salary packaging, training opportunities, and discounts on school fees for SCS students.
