**About the Role**
As our Roster Officer, you will be supporting our Aged Care teams to coordinate care services aimed at fostering the independence of our elderly clients and individuals with disabilities who reside in their own homes.
You will oversee the rostering of aged care support workers and allocate staff to ensure sufficient coverage of care services, meeting clients' needs and facilitating the smooth operation of services booked by clients.
Your dedication will significantly contribute to maintaining the quality of care provided to our clients within the comfort of their homes.
**Duties**
- Coordinating with aged care workers to allocate shifts based on client needs, staff availability, and organisational requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date rosters, ensuring compliance with the Professional Governance Framework.
- Matching staff availability and experience with clients' needs and preferences.
- Using Alaya Care for scheduling home support services.
- Liaising and coordinating with external agencies to provide clients with appropriate services.

**Skills and Experience**
With a background in administration/ business support, you will have:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone manner and the ability to build and sustain important relationships.
- Experience in scheduling or rostering with adaptability to handle changing demands.
- Proficiency in using technology-based client management and documentation systems.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a dedication to achieving positive client outcomes and satisfaction.
