An exciting opportunity has become available for a Office Administration Assistant to work from our head office located in Hurstville. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and growing company, servicing the Industrial Recruitment Industry.

We are in small business category, but value contribution of every team member, offering employment that is enjoyable, dynamic and at the same time rewarding. All relevant training will be provided, plus incentives once you become established.

Your responsibilities,
- Managing day to day office duties
- Recruitment - screening and interview
- Field employee management
- Timesheets, Payroll and Billing

We require someone with,
- Excellent Customer Service
- Sound knowledge of computer systems
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Excellent oral and written skills
- People skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Work flexible hours, available for early starts
- Understanding of Blue Collar industry, preferred
- Exposure to OHS standards, preferred
- Drivers license, preferred
