Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician to join our Service Team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Quoting and Project Management: Quote and manage small to medium-sized commercial projects, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Cybersecurity and Sales: Develop experience in cybersecurity and sales, including the installation and maintenance of security systems, to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.
  • Skills: Strong systems, network, and PC-related skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.
  • Certifications: Experience or certification in C-Cure, Integrity, or Gallagher preferred, but not required.
