About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician to join our Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair security equipment, including access control and CCTV systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on existing sites to ensure optimal system performance
  • Install and commission small to medium commercial projects, including access control and CCTV systems
  • Quoting and running small/medium fitouts/upgrades on maintenance database clients
  • Liaise with subcontractors during the commissioning of projects
  • Assist the commercial projects team with new and existing works
  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
Requirements
  • Australian resident with a valid QLD Driving licence, Cable licence, Security licence, and Building Industry Induction card
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong systems, network, and PC-related skills, with a strong installation and commissioning ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
