Security Systems Technician

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician to join our Service Team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.
Key Responsibilities- System Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- System Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, to resolve technical issues and ensure system uptime.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, including responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training on system usage.
- Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills in security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems, as well as experience with system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems.
- Project Management Skills: Possess experience with project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects.
