Professional Development and Learning Expert Required
We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our learning and development initiatives.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our clinicians using evidence-based principles of adult learning. This will involve managing, consulting, researching, designing, implementing, reporting, and evaluating evidence-based education and training initiatives.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Developing Better Rehab clinicians using evidence-based principles of adult learning.
- Managing, consulting, researching, designing, implementing, reporting, and evaluating evidence-based education and training initiatives.
- Supporting, promoting, coordinating, and managing workforce development initiatives and education pathways for Better Rehab with a focus on growing organisational capability and capacity.
- Providing innovative leadership across the L&D process by guiding and enhancing professional competence, educational standards, and program delivery to enable learners to align with goals and strategic priorities.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference and has a strong background in adult learning and development. You will possess a tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession, OT / Speech / Physio or PBS AND relevant professional board registration. Postgraduate qualifications in adult learning would be preferred. You will also have at least 5 years of postgraduate experience in your chosen field and in-depth knowledge of L&D principles, program development, and industry legislation.
