This individual will oversee the design, development, and enhancement of learning products, including short courses, micro-credentials, and HR certification.
The successful candidate will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation while working closely with external subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences that align with industry trends and member needs.
- Lead the development of learning products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and member requirements.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Oversee multiple product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality content.
- Leverage expertise in instructional design and assessment development to create engaging learning experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and performance evaluation.
- Foster strong relationships with SMEs and contractors to guide and influence senior professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is desirable.
- TAE Qualifications and AHRI certification are highly regarded.
- Proven experience in instructional design and assessment development within HR or education.
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and emerging industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution.
