You will play a pivotal role in building trusted partnerships, driving infrastructure and capability projects, and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders as a Client Director in our Defence leadership team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Foster Relationships: Establish meaningful connections across all levels of our client organisation and industry partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business and strategic goals.
  • Win Projects: Champion our collaborative culture while pursuing and securing major projects and programs aligned with our values and sales targets.
  • Lead Delivery: Engage directly in project delivery to earn respect and credibility, demonstrating hands-on leadership and technical excellence.
  • Develop Strategy: Collaborate with our Defence & Security Market Lead to shape client engagement strategies that align with Defence priorities and emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver Excellence: Leverage our global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Grow Talent: Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient, future-ready team.
What We Seek

You bring deep experience working with the Department of Defence, particularly within the Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services. Your strong network and market reputation are backed by a proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
