Digital Transformation Leader

About the Role

You will oversee the planning, management, and execution of a portfolio of transformational digital projects ensuring technologies are aligned with organisational strategies, optimised for performance, secure, and compliant. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in computer science, IT, Business, Health Management or related field
  • Experience in the Australian aged care sector, leading complex transformation programs
  • Proven history in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills
