Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Wollongong.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VPN, and Windows and Linux PCs.
  • Support SAP Business One users.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in service desk or desktop support.
  • Windows Server and Desktop Support experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux PCs.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including MS Teams and Intune.
  • Windows MDM Device Management experience.
  • Ability to perform DNS lookups.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Relevant tertiary education and certifications.
