Job Title:

Desktop Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a desktop support specialist.

The role involves providing level one and two support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VPN, Windows and Linux PCs.

Responsibilities will include setting up users and log-ins, supporting SAP Business One users and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other related equipment.
  • Support SAP Business One users with their technical queries and issues.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in service desk or desktop support.
  • Windows Server and Desktop Support experience is necessary.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux PCs is essential.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration experience including MS Teams, Defender, Intune is required.
  • Windows MDM Device Management experience is also necessary.
  • Ability to perform DNS lookups is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital.
