Desktop Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional support services to clinicians and executives across multiple hospital sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with senior desktop support experience in large or multi-site environments. You will be responsible for owning incidents and requests to SLA using ITIL practice, building, configuring, upgrading, and decommissioning Windows endpoints to SOE/MOE standards, and administering Intune or MECM for enrolment, policy, and application deployment.

You will also be supporting VIPs and senior leaders with calm, proactive communication, maintaining tidy tickets, accurate asset records, and short, reusable knowledge articles.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows endpoint skills, SOE/MOE, and lifecycle management expertise, as well as hands-on experience with Intune or MECM, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin.

A ServiceNow (or similar) background with disciplined ticket and stakeholder comms is highly desirable.

This role requires confidence in boardroom/executive support, AV, and Teams Rooms, solid network basics, and a current driver's license for site travel.

About the Role
