Job Title

A high-performing Compliance Professional with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions is required to lead the development and implementation of effective controls to safeguard public housing revenue.

  • This includes:
    • Contribute to the full life cycle of projects, from research and analysis to implementation, to meet departmental objectives.
    • Manage projects or sub-projects, ensuring successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
    • Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders on complex matters, preparing and presenting detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet submissions, and agency submissions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach, promoting a collaborative work environment.

About the Role

The Compliance Lead Housing Revenue plays a critical role in supporting the maturation of the compliance culture, facilitating operational best practice, and driving continuous improvement in the delivery of public housing services.
