**The Role**
The Compliance and Reporting Officer takes responsibility for ~
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare, analyse, and present compliance reports to management, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Regulatory and Contract Compliance: Monitor regulatory and contractual obligations, providing insights on implications for compliance and reporting processes.
- Incident Management: Support the tracking and reporting of incidents, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Data Management: Extract and organise data from CRM, ERP and risk management systems to support compliance reporting and analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure comprehensive reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing reporting processes and implement best practices.
**About You**
To be successful for this role, you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Proficient in Excel & Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in compliance reporting, data analysis or Business Intelligence, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Satisfactory Police Check
Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
