A diverse role for an experienced and empathetic care worker is available in the Tamworth area, providing care and support to our customers.

  • Personal care may include toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Meal preparation involves cooking, food preparation, and meal planning.
  • Transport duties may include driving to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, and other outings as required.
  • Social support includes welfare checks, fostering meaningful connections, offering empathetic companionship, and maintaining community connections.
  • Domestic assistance duties include cleaning, laundry, general cleaning, dusting, washing dishes, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, making beds, basic home maintenance, and garden upkeep.

We are seeking a professional and caring person who embodies our values of integrity, respect, cooperation, empowerment, and excellence.

  • A driver's license and fully registered and insured vehicle are essential.
  • Current First Aid including CPR qualification is also required.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent) is desired but not essential.
  • NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain) are necessary.
  • Experience with technology such as smartphones and computer programs is valuable.
