Home Care Worker Opportunities

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our in-home support team as a Home Care Worker. In this rewarding role, you will provide care and support to our customers, enhancing their day-to-day living experience.

  • This includes personal care, such as toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Meal preparation, including cooking, food preparation, and meal planning.
  • Transportation to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, and other outings as required.
  • Social support, including welfare checks, fostering meaningful connections, offering empathetic companionship, and maintaining connection to the community.
  • Domestic assistance, such as vacuuming, laundry, general cleaning, dusting, washing dishes, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, making beds, and basic home and garden maintenance.
Key Requirements
  • Driver's license and a fully registered and insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid, including CPR qualification.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (desired but not essential).
  • NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in the use of technology, such as smartphones and computer programs.
