As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, staff, and partners.

Your primary role will involve managing meeting room bookings and allocations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders.

You will also be required to assist with administrative tasks, such as processing deliveries and mail, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and handle switchboard duties efficiently.
  • Process and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
Meeting Rooms/Staff Rooms
  • Provide Professional Service:
  • Efficiently manage meeting room schedules and allocate spaces as needed.
  • Maintain the tidiness of executive kitchens and restock supplies regularly.
Functions and Catering
  • Coordinate Events:
  • Arrange catering for in-house functions, including staff morning teas, Partners' lunches, and other events.
  • Liaise with the Communications & Marketing Manager to coordinate guest lists, catering, and access arrangements.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be required to perform other tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
