
Reception Coordinator

As a vital member of our People & Culture team, you will play an integral role in the smooth operation of our head office and national locations.
You will be responsible for managing the reception area, including:
- Managing and maintaining suppliers and office maintenance
- Full-time management of the reception area
- Reporting and invoicing management
- Event and travel coordination
- Lender accreditations and referrer agreement management
- Supporting the broader business with administrative tasks and queries
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be the face of our company
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Self-drive and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience with invoice management systems desirable
