Job Summary

As a vital member of our People & Culture team, you will play an integral role in the smooth operation of our head office and national locations.

You will be responsible for managing the reception area, including:

  • Managing and maintaining suppliers and office maintenance
  • Full-time management of the reception area
  • Reporting and invoicing management
  • Event and travel coordination
  • Lender accreditations and referrer agreement management
  • Supporting the broader business with administrative tasks and queries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be the face of our company
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Self-drive and ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience with invoice management systems desirable
