Job Title: Inclusion Outreach Coaching Manager

Department of Education seeks a leader to design, develop and implement the Inclusion Outreach Coaching initiative.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations in educational settings, including students with disability and diverse learning needs. They will also possess project management skills, leading teams and providing strategic oversight of system-capability building initiatives.

The Inclusion Outreach Coaching Manager will work closely with project managers and Directors across Divisions to ensure cohesion of delivery of Disability Inclusion system initiatives. They will provide expert advice in inclusive practices capability building to regions, Areas and school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Inclusion Outreach Coaching team with responsibility for implementing systematic methods of capability building in inclusive practices.
  • Provide strategic oversight of a range of system-capability building initiatives within Inclusive Education Professional Practice.
  • Work closely with project managers and Directors across Divisions to ensure cohesion of delivery of Disability Inclusion system initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice in inclusive practices capability building to regions, Areas and school teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with diverse populations in educational settings, including students with disability and diverse learning needs.
  • Project management experience, leading teams and providing strategic oversight of system-capability building initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with a range of stakeholders, including schools, coaching workforces and Area, Region and Central staff.
