Job Description:

As an Inclusive Education Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of inclusivity within schools. Your expertise will enable educators to effectively engage students in inclusive classrooms, ensuring all students reach their full participation potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical advice and coaching support on best-practice for educators to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Support the school leadership team in using data to establish processes and systems to develop a high-performing, inclusive school culture.
  • Play a key role in implementing professional learning, including coaching and supporting schools to design, implement, and monitor interventions through a multi-tiered system of supports framework.
