**The Position**:
The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Coach is responsible for developing and implementing an organisational wide D&I strategy and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the St Vincent de Paul Group ("Group"). The D&I Coach works across many departments and across wide range of stakeholders to identify areas where the Group can improve its diversity and inclusion efforts and develop plans to address them.
The D&I Coach is responsible for creating and implementing systems and support that empower a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and for tracking and reporting on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals. Additionally, the D&I Coach is responsible for training and development opportunities to the Group to help better understand and appreciate diversity, to foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
**The Person**:
- Experienced change and stakeholder manager, with a passion for D&I.
- Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Key leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects, develop and implement strategies, and motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Experience designing and delivering training and development programs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience working with diverse communities and cultures, and a demonstrated commitment to social justice and equity.
- Experience supporting Reconciliation Action Plans and Rainbow Tick Accreditation is preferable.
