**Job Opportunity:** Inclusion Outreach Coach

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Inclusion Outreach Coach. This position will play a key role in supporting schools to implement inclusive practices, guided by the coach.

**About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with school leadership and staff to strengthen their capacity to provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students, particularly those with disabilities and diverse learning needs. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring teachers to improve their skills and knowledge in delivering improved achievement, engagement, and wellbeing for students.

You will also collaborate with regional team members to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise in inclusive education practice, building school staff capability, and developing processes for observation and feedback of teacher practice will be highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor teachers to improve their skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.

- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.

- Provide coaching support to school leadership and staff aimed at strengthening inclusive practices.

- Work closely with regional team members to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.

**Requirements:

- Highly developed communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people.

- Proven experience in inclusive education practice, building school staff capability, and developing processes for observation and feedback of teacher practice.

- Demonstrated ability to input into the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes and strategies relating to teaching students with disability and diverse learning needs in a range of school settings.
