Job Overview

At First Sentier Group, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Operations Supplier Management (OSM) function across EMEA, Asia, and Australia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing relationships with key third-party service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality service while adapting to the changing needs of the business and its clients.


The OSM team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, resolving complex issues, and negotiating with suppliers. As a collaborative and forward-thinking group, we tackle challenges from site visits and reporting to presenting supplier insights to boards and committees. Our work is varied, impactful, and deeply connected to the broader goals of the COO Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key suppliers across regions, focusing on back and middle office support
  • Maintain supplier agreements, SLAs, and fee schedules with internal stakeholders
  • Lead performance reviews and benchmarking to ensure service quality and strategic alignment
  • Manage supplier due diligence, including site visits and reporting
  • Present supplier insights to boards and committees, ensuring regulatory compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in supplier management or procurement, ideally within financial services. A background in operational and enterprise risk, audit, and regulated environments is also beneficial. Familiarity with fund operations and corporate sourcing is a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
