Supplier Governance Specialist

Job Description
As a Supplier Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing key suppliers across regions, focusing on back and middle office support. You will maintain supplier agreements, SLAs, and fee schedules with internal stakeholders, lead performance reviews and benchmarking to ensure service quality and strategic alignment, manage supplier due diligence, including site visits and reporting, present supplier insights to boards and committees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and represent supplier oversight in strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supplier management or procurement, ideally within financial services, knowledge of operational and enterprise risk, audit, and regulated environments, familiarity with fund operations and corporate sourcing, experience with supplier oversight tools, risk registers, and global outsourcing frameworks, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and build trust across teams, skilled in reporting, collaboration, and influencing outcomes across global time zones, analytical and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking, comfortable using technology and AI to improve processes and drive innovation, and tertiary qualifications in business, finance, risk, or related fields (preferred).
