About This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded professional to manage supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, assisting with governance and compliance, reviewing costs, and ensuring products deliver strategic value and meet user needs.

You will play a key role in collaborating with the development, legal, and reporting teams to strengthen reporting and data analysis, monitor supplier performance, investigate and resolve issues, and support supplier audits and contract compliance activities.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, contract management, and due diligence processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Investigate and resolve supplier issues.
  • Support supplier audits and contract compliance activities.
  • Analyse product data and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier details and product pricing.
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract execution.
  • Monitor supplier product usage and performance.
  • Contribute to stakeholder reporting and decision-making forums.

Requirements and Skills

A knowledge of the Legal process is advantageous. A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field is beneficial but not essential.
