We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team and assist with ongoing/upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia, preferably with fit out and refurbishment experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant must have strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects across NSW
  • Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors
