Job Role:

Seeking a detail-driven Contract Administrator to support project delivery across various commercial and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out, with proficiency in Procore.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a sound understanding of construction contracts.

As a key member of the team, you will manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and tender packages, while administering contracts and tracking variations, EOTs, and progress claims.

  • Support Project Managers with program tracking and cost control

Key qualifications include a degree in Construction Management or a similar field, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
