Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, team members, and operational staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in training and upskilling programs to build knowledge and skills within yourself and the team.
- Meet performance targets, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate complex issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- RG 146 compliance or willingness to undertake study.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
