Job Title: Director, Industry Evolution

About the Role:

The Manager, Industry Transition role is responsible for driving industry evolution programs, including associated program design and engagement. This involves providing direct support to businesses facing challenges due to evolving trading conditions or changes in regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing industry development programs, including industry analysis and program delivery.
  • Providing strategic leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster a high-performance culture that delivers outcomes across the team.
  • Oversight of an effective program of industry engagement, ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.

This role forms part of the Industry Development, Construction, Manufacturing, and Talent Branch within the Industry, Trade, and Investment group.
