Game Product Evolution Manager

The Director of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a renowned mobile game. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll partner on defining and executing a product vision aligned with long-term studio goals.
You'll work cross-functionally with Development, Finance, and Marketing teams to assess performance, uncover growth opportunities, and evolve the game as a live service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the product strategy for a highly successful mobile game, aligning game development with multi-year business goals.
- Drive the evolution of the game by identifying opportunities to modernize core systems, refresh user experiences, and deepen long-term player engagement.
- Own the live service roadmap, ensuring regular high-impact content and features that resonate with both loyal players and new audiences.
- Define and optimize monetization strategies, collaborating with design to enhance in-game economy, pricing models, and offers that drive sustainable revenue.
- Use data, player feedback, and experimentation to inform decision-making, test hypotheses, and guide product development with measurable impact.
- 10+ years of experience leading product strategy for successful live service mobile games.
- 7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing product and cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of growing live titles, including modernizing player experience, revitalizing engagement, and optimizing monetization over time.
- Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, LTV) and the ability to translate data into clear actionable insights.
