**Job Opportunity**

We're seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our Store Evolution project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating project meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment
  • Coordinating and scheduling project meetings and workshops
  • Enrolling cross-functional partners on relevant initiatives
  • Capturing and distributing accurate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Drafting and circulating regular project status updates, reports, and communications
  • Maintaining and updating key project documents
  • Preparing briefing packs, slide decks, and summaries for project stakeholders
  • Tracking and updating project timelines
  • Entering and monitoring project expenses

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable experience
  • Program management experience required, change management experience preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a project support, project coordination, or administrative role
  • Proven experience drafting communications and status updates/reports
  • Hands-on experience managing document repositories like SharePoint
  • Exposure to budget tracking or financial reporting in a project context
  • Experience working across multiple teams or regions
