Performance and Evaluation Manager Role Overview
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Evaluation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a transparent performance framework, designing and delivering a robust monitoring and evaluation framework, and operationalising SRS principles through leading continuous improvement initiatives.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for young people in Victoria. The Manager, Performance and Evaluation will work closely with the SRS Management Group to provide evidence and insights to guide and support their management of local clinical practice and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a performance framework that drives accountability for outcomes of young people in Statewide Rehabilitation Services.
- Design and deliver a monitoring and evaluation framework to measure service effectiveness and impact.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor delivery of evidence-informed clinical practice.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting research, performance monitoring, evaluation, and/or review of programs and policy.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge translation through the interpretation, presentation, and communication of quantitative and qualitative data to a range of audiences.
- Experience in evaluation frameworks and stakeholder management, and in monitoring of complex service systems.
- Subject matter knowledge in forensic clinical interventions or related areas such as criminology, psychology, social work, or youth work.
