About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to help build scalable marketing automation systems that engage, nurture, and convert customers throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Execute Campaigns: Develop automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels using Marketo.
  • Drive Customer Engagement: Develop lead scoring models and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Create Compelling Content: Write and optimise email content, landing pages, and dynamic content that converts.
  • Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver aligned, results-driven campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or CRM management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work on building marketing automation programs while collaborating with teams across APAC. You'll play a key role in establishing data-driven marketing systems that make a real difference in how we connect with our customers.
