Job Description

The role of a Business Analyst - Data Consultant involves performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using available data to improve business efficiency, productivity, and performance.

This position requires working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions that align with strategic goals and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using available data to improve business efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business need and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions that align with strategic goals and deliverables
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of desired outcomes and deliverables
  • Collaborating with cross-functional squads to support product development by working with technical stakeholders to ensure all solutions align with business expectations
About the Team

The Product and Portfolio Team within the Performance Insights and Analytics branch are Agile, high performing, collaborative and supportive.

What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in interpreting and translating complex technical documentation into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to facilitate solution design discussions between technical specialists and business stakeholders within an Agile DevOps environment
  • Proven leadership experience in a coaching and leadership element to contribute to a positive, high-performing culture and transfer business and system knowledge to other team members
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to create strong working relationships with key business resources
