About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Sonder. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring commercial customers in Australia to drive our continued growth.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to attract and sign new customers, meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in team-building and company growth activities, including sales training and product ideation
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in full sales cycle selling
  • Demonstrated track record of bringing on large enterprise customers
  • Sales forecasting experience
  • Proven success in leading sales cycles with senior executives
  • Previous experience selling SaaS solutions in a high-growth environment
  • Experience selling Health Tech or HR Tech would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a disruptive sector
