About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Sonder. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and securing new customers to overcome one of society's biggest challenges, the mental health and wellbeing crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals by managing and closing sales opportunities within the Mid-Market territory
  • Negotiating with external decision makers to agree on pricing and work to agree on product customisation
  • Building trusted relationships with potential buyers and communicating Sonder's value proposition
  • Leveraging compelling insights and driving meaningful change

You'll Have:

  • 5 years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • A demonstrated track record of closing a large number of new business customers in a disruptive sector
  • Comfortable selling to C Suite/ executive level customers
  • Experience of selling in the health, EAP, or health-tech space would be an advantage
  • SaaS experience is also highly desirable
