About the Role:

Are Media, a leading omnichannel content company for women, seeks an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to support our content commerce strategy and drive revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. The successful candidate will foster relationships with key merchants and network partners, negotiate commercial terms, and measure the performance of affiliate shopping content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead partnership discussions with e-commerce partners to create market-leading initiatives and drive growth for both parties.
  • Foster long-term relationships with Are Media's key retailer and brand partners, managing the negotiation of commission rates and commercial content agreements.
  • Meet flat fee partnership growth targets, collaborating closely with the shopping content team.
  • Distil performance data into clear, actionable insights to guide our editorial team, and report on merchant- and site-level performance as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recruit new client partnerships, optimise existing campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to achieve our affiliate channel revenue growth objectives.

Requirements:
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of managing high-growth partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, with 1-2 years' experience at an affiliate network, agency, or publisher.
