Job Opportunity: Investor Relations Professional

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, IR to develop and execute key aspects of a global investor relations program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onsite meetings/calls with analysts and investors, ensuring accurate attendee lists are provided to the Senior Associate, IR for entry into IR CRM.
  • Gather market feedback and news on Resmed and the broader medtech industry, as well as summarize relevant AUS sell side research, and provide it to the Senior Manager, IR for inclusion in daily IR Update.
  • Build relationships with Sydney-based Finance team members and serve as an onsite ambassador for IR.
  • Support the IR team in drafting responses to inquiries from analysts, investors, and the general public.
  • Contribute to quarterly earnings processes, including financial analysis, Q&A research, and preparation of additional materials as needed.
  • Provide project support for internal and external initiatives, projects, and events.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IR, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint – and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
