Investor Relations Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Investor Relations Specialist will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary contact for investor inquiries related to general information, statements, tax documents, payments and new investment opportunities.
  • Provide clear, professional responses and ensure that investor queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage investor group administration, including memberships, gifts, event invites and ticket distribution.
  • Handle investor complaints effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Create and distribute monthly, quarterly and yearly updates on fund performance for investors and internal teams.
  • Develop informational materials for new funds and keep investors informed of any product developments or changes.
  • Lead the design, content creation and generation of reports, delivering clear insights and data for stakeholders.
  • Execute marketing strategies for investor engagement, including promotional activities, brand messaging and event support.
  • Produce and manage content for marketing materials, newsletters, investor updates and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, maintain brand consistency and enhance the investor experience.
  • Oversee the administration and communication of investor groups, ensuring accurate records and strong relationship management.
  • Organise investor events, roadshows and engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams to maximise outreach.
  • Foster transparent, consistent communication with investors, building trust and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
