Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Specialist.

The Investor Relations team plays a crucial role in building and maintaining effective two-way communications between the company and the investment community, including shareholders and other institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders.

This dialogue facilitates enhanced understanding and awareness of the company's strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth opportunities to ultimately achieve a fair valuation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership during onsite meetings/calls with analysts and investors, organizing logistics, taking notes, and ensuring accurate attendee lists are provided back to the team for entry into the CRM.
  • Gather market feedback and news on the company and the broader industry, summarizing relevant research and providing it to the team for inclusion in daily updates.
  • Build relationships with finance team members and serve as an ambassador for the IR function.
  • Support the team in drafting responses to inquiries from analysts, investors, and the general public.
  • Contribute to investor presentations as needed, providing general support for internal and external initiatives, projects, and events.
  • Assist in the quarterly earnings process, including financial analysis, Q&A research, and preparation of additional materials as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IR, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of third-party financial analysis and/or IR CRM tools.
