Key Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Operations Specialist. As a key member of our Wholesale Capital team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional investor servicing and operational support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate investor records across various systems, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and update onboarding and offboarding packs, guaranteeing all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team to ensure timely submission of investor KYC/AML documents.
  • Support the development and maintenance of process notes, checklists, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative assistance for investor reporting cycles, meetings, and other initiatives as required.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in funds administration, custody, or registry services, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow compliance frameworks.
